General Office/Global Sourcing/ Import Export Chinese Coordinator

For over 30 years, Yafa is the premier manufacturer and worldwide distributor for 8 brands: Delta, Monteverde, Yafa, Conklin to name a few which are now available in 25 countries. Successful candidate will perform global sourcing activities and monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials.

Evaluates inventory levels and notifies supervisor when reorders are necessary. Maintains records, replenishes stock, and plans for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts. Communicate daily with Chinese factories and follow up on all shipments for timely delivery to never miss a deadline.

Qualifications:

Can travel Abroad to China, Taiwan, Japan, Hongkong etc. Must speak and read Chinese

The position requires 1 year experience in purchasing and inventory monitoring

1 year experience with Accounts Payable

Knowledge of Quickbooks

Strong Organizational skills

Computer and presentation software skills, to include Microsoft office

A team player

Must work well under pressure

Salary 13-15/hr.
